This is a tincture containing Anika ingredients.
Supports the healing of bruises and muscle pain caused by injuries.

Effective for the following conditions based on anthroposophy (the study of man and nature):

Sprains, contusions, bruises, muscle pain
Muscle stiffness (muscle knots)
Subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases

[How to use]
As a compress: Dilute 1 tablespoon of the tincture with 250ml of water, soak a piece of gauze in the mixture and apply to the affected area.
As a bath additive: Add 2-3 tablespoons of tincture to your bath.

Contraindications (when not to use)
Do not use Arnica Essence if:
Known allergy to arnica or other plants of the Asteraceae family (e.g., chamomile, calendula, yarrow) or hypersensitivity to any other ingredient in this medicine
Use on damaged skin (e.g. wounds or burns)
During pregnancy and breastfeeding

Precautions and Warnings
If symptoms persist or are unclear, consult a doctor.
There is insufficient experience with this drug in children under 12 years of age in subacute and chronic inflammatory joint diseases, concussion, stroke, and post-paralytic conditions, therefore it should not be used without medical supervision and is not intended to replace other medicines prescribed by a doctor for these conditions.

Period of Use
It is recommended that treatment for acute illness be completed within two weeks. If symptoms do not improve within three days, consult a doctor.

Misuse
If this product is used contrary to instructions, the following may occur:
Mild: Burning or irritation in the mouth or throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Severe cases: fever, nosebleeds, irregular heart rhythm, respiratory paralysis, circulatory failure (shock state)
During pregnancy: May cause miscarriage.
